Privacy and personal data

What data is collected

• Contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional) and the text of the message.
• Coach and referee registration: surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, FIN (personal ID number), phone, e-mail, city or district, club or organisation, experience, rank, education, two photos, a copy of the ID card and of the diploma (certificate).
• Club registration: the club's name, address, the name of its head or coach and a photo; phone, e-mail and number of athletes are visible only to the Association. This data is entered by the coordinator of the sport.
• The website collects no other data about visitors: there are no analytics or advertising trackers.

What it is used for

To reply to messages; to review coach and referee applications and issue licences; to list approved clubs, coaches and referees on the website. The data is not used for any other purpose and is not passed to third parties.

Who can see it

Registration documents are seen only by the coordinator of that sport and by the Association. The website shows only the name, photo, rank and the club represented. The ID card, FIN, date of birth, phone and e-mail are never shown publicly.

How long it is kept

Data of approved coaches and referees is kept while the licence is valid and for one year after. Documents of rejected applications are deleted automatically after 12 months. Contact messages are deleted once answered.

Cookies and external services

The website sets no cookies for visitors; only signing in to the coordinator panel creates a 12-hour session cookie. Videos are shown in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and the map uses OpenStreetMap: those services receive a request only when you open them.

To see, correct or delete the data kept about you, write to office@amina-azif.az. Requests are answered as soon as possible.
